Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscriptions
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from the admin portal. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods once access is provisioned. (Optional) First‑time annual purchases may be refundable within 14 days if no assessments have been launched.
2. One‑off Assessments/Reviews
- Refunds are available within 7 days if the assessment has not been launched (no invitations sent). After launch, fees are non‑refundable.
3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact info@themightyboards.com. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded within 5–10 business days.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take additional time to credit).

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
